We would like to infuse you with a zest for German and European cooking. kochKuntz is family-run and offers specialized hands-on cooking evenings given in English in an informal environment. We propose different views of German and European cooking to English speaking foreigners, for the novice and more experienced alike. Indulge in a cozy and friendly atmosphere. Our focus is on using fresh ingredients in season, which are prepared to ensure a great taste. The recipes are easy to follow and understand. We use cuisine as a way to introduce you to the rich and delicious cultures of Europe and especially Germany. It's the perfect opportunity to discover new recipes that will fill your kitchen with tempting aromas. Learn to make complete three to four course dinners and enjoy the dining experience too. Classes start at 6.00 pm and end at approx. 10.30 pm. The minimum number is six. The cost per guest per evening depends on the dinner. Included in this price are appetizer, a dinner with house-wine and mineral water with the meal, coffee, printed recipes to take home, and the use of aprons and all necessary kitchen equipments. Events/Private Parties/Fixed Groups kochKuntz is available for hire for private parties or fixed cooking groups up to a maximum of 8-10 people. Cooking as a team building event is more and more becoming a very popular activity, requiring full participation from all in an environment that promotes interaction and breaks down barriers. For those looking for something new, it also offers something a bit "different" from the more obvious choice of activity.
